Percentage question from my personal finance class?
I am having a problem figuring out how my instructor got this number... On a chart in my assignment it shows that 6% of 2722.29 is 163.71. When I try to get the percentage, I get 163.33 What am I doing wrong? Or could my instructor possibly be wrong? If you know how he got this answer would you please explain? ANS No, he& 039 s not a bad teacher because he wants us to do some work and thinking. He& 039 s a bad teacher because he doesn& 039 t come to class and teach us. He talks about his farm and his kids and about nothing relevant to personal finance, and then he gives us homework that nobody understands. He& 039 s just like you actually, he makes smartass remarks and doesn& 039 t answer questions. For example, the biggest grade for the whole year is a project. The project is to make blueprints for a house and build a downscale model house. What does that have to do with why I signed up for this class?
