Whats the statute of limitations for reporting negative debt to credit bureaus?
I have several lates that were reported on my credit report more than seven years ago and they are still there. How long can they be reported on my Cr. rprt. before I can write Eqfx, Trans and Exper. and ask them to take them off. I don& 039 t want to pay hundreds of dollars to a company to do it when i can myself. I heard that its either 7 years or " statute of limitations" which ever is greater.I live in California.Thanks

How Many Credit Hrs Would You Recommend?
I am 19 and a Business Admin. major currently take 20 credits hrs this semester while working . Last semester I took 17 credit hrs, and thought it would not hurt to add another class for this semester and it didn& 039 t. However, when the fall semester rolls around, I will go more into depth with my major accounting, etc . I know accounting I & II will be difficult, which I am prepared for. Would you recommend me taking at least 14 credit hrs or less with accounting coming up ? I am determined Thank you for your time
